To try or not to try?

As I was browsing Pinterest this morning I
came across before and after
photo's of a lady who'd done this 30 day shred.
The difference was AMAZING!

It got me thinking that I want to try this...
not sure if I will cope though, it looks
hard.

Would love to hear if you have tried this
or know anyone who has.

Maybe....maybe...maybe...
I will give this a try.


Just maybe.

Hi Daisy....I've never tried this but I did loose 110 pounds last year with diet and moderate exercise. Now that I have lost all the weight I am traiing for a marathon but I certainly wasn't doing anything strenous when I weighed 245:) MY weight losss story and exactly how I did it is located on a button on the lowerleft side bar of my blog or in my about me section you can find it too:) Best of luck. I've done the level one video on this dvd. It was difficult, but honestly it was short & didn't feel like I worked out too much. I don't know about the level 2 & 3 part though, I only tried it once.

I haven't ever heard of this, but anything that Jillian does, I am sure is hard!! If you try it, let us know how it goes.

This workout video is the best! She will kick your butt but it is so worth it. I say buy buy buy!

I actually just bought this about 1 month ago...like Erin said above, she kicks your butt, but in a good way!! I've only gotten to level 1 but it is pretty short so it is not horrible. I highly recommend it! I also have Jillian - Trouble Zones and that one works good as well, but it a bit longer which is harder to get through the whole thing :)
