I can't really exercise throughout the day, but at least I am always climbing up three flights of stairs and on my feet all the time. I'm not into running, but I do need to get a no excuse zone going on! :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7942256551361421752.post-10935103625333916612012-03-01T14:33:33.824+00:002012-03-01T14:33:33.824+00:00LOVE this post. I think it would be better for me to get outside and run! So I gave myself a break, accepted it and got back to it as soon as I was able to!! It sure is tough juggling many responsibilities like that!Vanessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15792559907193682275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7942256551361421752.post-91954482884140931082012-02-27T18:48:32.309+00:002012-02-27T18:48:32.309+00:00I really like this post! Learning to tune out the exuses was the first step to me developing a consistent work out routine, so I love that you blogged about it! I always lay out my running gear the night before and even in the morning when I REALLY don't feel like going out in the cold I'll get dressed and tell myself, at least 20 minutes and I'll quit. Once I get going I feel better and I run for at least an hour, getting going is the hardest part!SkinnyMeghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13606660046717315661noreply@blogger.com
